We utilize a thorough process involving three distinct interview techniques to carefully assess and select the right candidates. This approach ensures a comprehensive evaluation, helping us identify individuals who are the best fit for the role.
This is for those who are too busy to come to Nepal to interview the candidates. We make every arrangement for the interview between employers and the employee through video conferencing, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from anywhere in the world.
Many employers visit Nepal for final interviews. We make all necessary preparations for the interview. We call short-listed candidates on a particular day. We have a fully equipped AC room and other modern facilities; computer, telephone, Internet, and all might need.
All short-listed workers are sent to government-approved hospitals or clinics for comprehensive medical examinations and checkups. Only after their medical fitness for employment gets confirmed will they be eligible to sign the employment contract.
We form a selection committee before making a final decision on an appointment. The selection committee includes representatives from different departments in the company. The selection committee carries out skill tests of all skilled manpower in the concerned discipline. Only shortlisted candidates are selected for overseas employment.

The travel arrangement is the final procedure. After getting visas of selected candidates, we make travel arrangements. This also includes handling all the documents original passports, air tickets, and government approval letters to the employer before departure. We train them on all traveling procedures until they reach their destinations.
We don’t need to rely on a local agent if attested original papers are made available before interview processing. This is aimed at providing neat and hassle-free services to employment seekers based on the country’s Labour Act. Every day, hundreds of youths come to our company for overseas employment. Some people apply through email with their bio-data and work experience. We store them on our databank for future purposes. We select manpower through tests and other techniques. If special manpower with specific experience is needed, we use our official network located in different districts.
